Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Period

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Conditions

Items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original condition

Exchange Options

Customers may exchange:

  • Designs/styles

Sale Items

Discounted and sale items are also eligible for exchange.

Exchange Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the delivery fees related to exchanges.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, Siesta will exchange it immediately after reviewing the issue.

Proof Requirement

Customers must provide clear photo proof through WhatsApp or Instagram before the exchange process begins.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
